It is called Coprophilia in the mental health profession--- involving sexual pleasure from feces.
A Cleveland Steamer has nothing to do with Cleveland, Ohio--it is a term used to describe a sexual act involving defecating on some-ones chest then sitting on it and rolling around like a steam roller in order to gain sexual gratification, for both participants.
