Need some help with this study guide please.

Integral (3y^3+5y-1)/(y^3+y)

I get as far as long division to get Integral (3y^3+5y-1)/(y^3+y) = integral 3+ (2y-1)/(y^3+y) and splitting the second part up into (A)/(y) +(By+C)/(y^2+1). Im having trouble finding A,B and C. Can you guys please help a fellow out?
