when will PSN be back online?

it's been more than two weeks i thought some things would be back but NOTHING.

    Where are these people getting 'End of the month from' thats for when PSN is fully operational PS Store etc. The online is meant to be back this week but i guess Sony probably lied to us again as they always do i am getting fed up with it.

    They said "by the end of the month", I read it off the ps blog.
