What is the Formula to Highlight specific Cells is another cell = specific text?

Im using Excel 2007 and I have a spread sheet that cells A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6 need to be filled red if Cell A7 = Y. How can I do this? I have experimented with the conditional formatting for a while but can't figure it out. Please help.
