Why can't I put songs or videos in my iPhone 4 using iTunes?

I try to put songs or/and videos to my iPhone4 today using iTunes but I couldn't do it although I was able to do that easily a week ago!

When I drop a file into the file list of Music or Movies nothing happens, also I can't edit anything even files arrangement I mean those tabs (Albums, Time, Artists... etc.) can't be clicked.

What should I do?

    Try at your friends house, if it works, its your itunes not your phone.

    You must go straight to the iPhone icon and click there (the one on the left). Then click music, search for what you want to put on and sync! All better!

    OR, if its from your computer, then it will not work because of copyright.
