I would look at zip 89117 which is west on the way to Red Rock Canyon with houses, townhouses and apartments, many in planned communities like The Lakes, Picolle Ranch and parts of Summerlin

Most people are happy in Summerlin, Silverado Ranch, Henderson, Boulder City and Southern Heights.
