What's this song called?

It's a dance song that starts off with this reedy instrument playing: di-di (eight notes) Di (higher,quarter) ni (down) and repeates the pattern: di di Di ni, di di Di ni, di di Di ni and then a female singer. This has been bugging me for a while:/ It's a popular song, and years old!
