Watch me go any chance in the Kentucky Derby. I know he's big odds but has a great jockey onboard?

His last start, the Illinois Derby, he was taken wide and was never a factor, tiring. He was favored in that race off his previous start, a win in the Tampa Bay Derby where he paid $89.40 for the win. Nice payoff for the people who had him!
His first start this year was in an optional claiming event at Tampa Bay, and he could have been claimed out of that race for $75,000. He won off by 8 lengths.
He does have one start over a sloppy track, which is significant since the weather report for Churchill Downs gives a good chance of rain between now and post-time Saturday. It's hard to get a read on how might handle an off track, because in that race (the Florida Stallion Stakes-Dr. Fager), because he got knocked around in a bumping incident mid-stretch and had to be steadied to stay on his feet. He never fired after that.
He's never raced at Churchill Downs and has one work over the track, 5 furlongs in 1:02 on the 2nd.
Pedigree-wise, he's obscurely bred, to say the least. His sire West Acre is an unraced son of Forty Niner and is a half-brother to Preach, dam of very good sire Pulpit.
West Acre stands for a fee of $2,500 at Stonehedge Farm South in Florida, and seems to be primarily a regional stallion. His best offspring to date is Ivanavinalot, a SW of over $670,000.
Watch Me Go's dam, Sabbath Song, is also unraced. For a horse by an unraced sire, out of an uraced dam, to win the Derby would shake the foundations of the high-rent breeding establishments. That sort of thing just doesn't happen.
He's starting from the extreme outside in the Derby, which means he either has to hustle from the start to try to get position, or take back and go to the back of the field. In his best races, he's been no worse than mid-pack when he made his run, and he's won on the lead. He doesn't seem to want to come from far out of it to win.
Just a guess, I think he'll be hustled out of the gate to try to be near the lead early in the race. I don't think they'll take him 'way back because he doesn't seem to like that and hasn't run well from far off the pace.
To win the Derby, a horse needs to have luck and to run his absolute best race. I don't think Watch Me Go's best race will be enough unless he has lots more luck than everyone else. But for sure if he does win, he'll pay a nice price!

My sawbucks interior the three Futures swimming pools have been given me 3 tickets interior the beginning gate - and why turn my returned on them now -- sixteen. Orb / J. Rosario / S. McGaughey / 7-2 - The organic stalker would be on the edge of the %. and swap in a kick which will make Jim Ryun jealous /// 12. Itsmyluckyday / E. Trujillo / E. Plesa Jr. / 15-a million - a Florida Derby replay; caught interior the suited 50 yards /// 20. Vyjack / G. Gomez / R. Rodriguez / 15-a million - what can help this runner from the automobile parking zone submit place is the junk on the interior which would be backing up early and frequently - the real racing would be coming from the exterior, the place he can play "shop on with the chief" for a sweep around the 2nd turn.
