How often do you doodle?

Usually I'll play the "communicate with drawing characters game" on the textbook or any other assginemnts book with another friend of mine during classes that doesn't interest us. We'll just draw some simple anime characters which have a dialogue box of our convo and reply each other until the page is full then continue doodling the poor text book. Well no offense , don't blame us for being so bad , blame the lecturer for not able to make the lesson more interesting to prevent us from creating our own entertainment. =>

All the time, especially in class. I draw random things all over the page, like hands, birds, flowers, random creatures, squiggles, pattern designs, tattoo ideas... the list goes on. Sometimes I get so bored that the whole bottom half and sides of the paper I was taking notes on is filled with doodles. If I come up with a funny little comic idea I'll draw it as stick figures. I usually end up throwing away all of the notes at the end of the year and keeping these little pages with doodles on them.

Everyday – most of the time I sketch the commissions I’m working on, but sometimes I try to capture the “action” in the teacher when he or she moves. I only have about 5 seconds to sketch my teacher in a specific pose though. xD I also like transforming objects I see into human form, making sure their distinguishable features are still there (kinda like Gijinkas). Another exercise I do is drawing with pen, since I can’t erase if I mess up. D: Very useful practice. ^u^

i doodle every time i have a pen (even if i dont hav paper i draw on myself lol) i draw Shapes i am a really weird person lol i love drawing triangles and boxes with paterns n stuff lol and drawing wierd faces and outlining the words on the page and make it look cool yeah . . .

doodle everytime i have anything to draw with, i like to draw skulls on the back of the library.

I draw people or whatever subject matter we're discussing in class. In literature we are studying Frankenstein and I drew my version of the monster.

often as often. haha. I doodle every time the professor is boring, when I'm in the flow of consciousness, when my pen is new, when my notebook looks quiet and bored, and. . . . . when I'm in love. =)
