Organic Chemistry Structural Formula Wrong?

There is this formula we have to identify using the IUPAC naming system. Note the . are just spacers to make sure it looks correct.

.....l...l...F..H.H

H-C-C=C-C-C-H

.................l....l.....

.................H....H

The name is 2 Methyl 3 Fluoro Pentene I believe.

Isn't there a hydrogen missing under the first carbon? Doesnt there need to be 4 bonds with each carbon?

    Yes, carbon has to have 4 bonds. I would name it 2-Methyl-3-Fluoro-2-Pentene (some say Pent-2-ene)
