This online utility should help you do just that, or you may google image convertor, or tiff to .jpg convertor and find a utility that will work its magic.

The first two replies are correct. If you have a graphic program, you usually won't need a graphic converter unless you are using most windows version, if you are using a Mac, most of the graphic programs have a ton of convert options.

.....In short, import your graphic into your favorit graphic program, and use the save as to choose the graphic type as well as a chance to rename it and put it somewhere you will be able to find it. I suggest the desktop.

Simply open your .tiff picture in Windows Paint, and save it as a .jpeg.

As simple as that. Not complex. No need to download some third-party app.
