How to lose weight fast in one month?

I need to fit into my dress for grad.

I just need to lose weight fast! Like 15-20- or even 30 pounds in a month!!

Give me unhealthy ways! Healthy ways! Anyways! Just ways to lose that amount of weight in a month!

I don't want any answers like, "There is no healthy way to do that!" Then give me a unhealthy way!

    unhealthy = eating disorder

    eating disorder = stuck with you forever, or even death

    1-2 pounds a week, 4-8 pounds a month, that's the best you're gonna get. Can't lose 30 pounds a month if it took you a year to gain it. Anything higher and you'll pass out before graduation, or look pale and lose your hair. Eat better and exercise, no other way. Again, just warning you now, so you don't cry later.

    I once did a fast for 30 days-nothing went in my body but water, Lost about 40 pounds BUT some days I couldn't get out of bed, I would get waves of extreme nausea and toward the end I started throwing up blood. To top it all of once I ate again my body stored everything and I gained all of it back super fast. Seriously, lose it in a SLOW and healthy way!

    Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

    swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

    Look up the hcg diet you'll lose 1-2 pounds a day
