    Yes, you'll lose weight fast but eat lots of them, if you only eat little your metabolism slows down, goes into starvation mode kinda thing and stores fat but your muscles waste away. You need lots and lots of water too!

    Just watch what you put in your mouth. (hehe) All kidding aside, you need a bit of everything except sugars and sweets. Loosing weight takes time. Look at this article.
