    Pacquiao is easily one of the greatest fighters of all time, but I don't think he is in the top 3.

    I think if the fight between Mayweather happens and he beats him, I think he might just squeeze into the top 3.

    But right now I don't think he is. As Stick says he is definitely one of the greatest.
