why is my dog such a sloppy eater?
I feed him dry kibble. And he has it all over the kitchen floor. What's up with this? Every time he eats that's the way it goes. What a mess. Any suggestions?

A deep bowl can help, but you arent going to correct the way he eats very easily. Dogs dont care about manners. In the wild they are scavengers and used to picking things off the ground. In fact when you go out, some people recommend that you scatter treats and kibble around a room so that they hunt to find it/
Also it may help you to be aware that dogs jaws hinge so they only move up and down, not side ways so they cant grind when they chew, just basically rip things apart. As long as your dog is not agressive when it eats, everything else is perfectly normal. Relax and let it eat!
