Is it true that toilets in Austraila swirl opposit of toilets above the equator?

I have heard this is not true, but need a source to quote.

    the swirl is built into the design of the toilet.

    It is not realted to the Coriolis Effect

    The truth is that water drains every which way no matter what hemisphere you're in".

    I believe that this is one of those myths that everybody believes.

    Who cares which way the toilet swirls.
