Like i want to see inside the house, but the walls dont fade away. HELP

Hold down L2, then press right or left on the D-pad. There are three positions, left (left icon will be hidden when L2 is pressed), middle (both icons are displayed when L2 is pressed) or right (right icon is hidden when L2 is pressed). This will display the walls all the time, hide the walls all the time, or hide the walls in the room your pointer is in.
The middle position is the default settings.
