    Hello. Coconut oil is very healthy and is used to aid health problems, however it can also raise cholesterol if used incorrectly. I don't think it could be considered a great wealth loss aid, however Coconut water is very good for those seeking weight loss and is used by many celebrities. On its own without exercise and healthy eating it will do zero for you.
