Do you let your Bearded Dragon Lizard run free?

My female bearded dragon run fast and free if she had babies.

My dragon lizard was a teenager/young adult so it was large enough to spot if he ran. We would carry Bill outside& let him run in the front yard and I was very watchful. We also gave him baths in a lizard- designated large bowl of water in the sunshine, which he loved. I believe we actually used slightly warm water from the kitchen, but I am not certain, because it 's been a few years now.

He used to eat the dandelion greens. he caught a bee once or twice, and he lived two years with us.

You have to be vigilant, obviously, but if your yard is greenery and nice, then go give it some real sun! Just be very certain to clean your hands after, of course, so you don't spread salmonella around the house after handling the lizard. (Also:we had no fence in our front yard, so there was never any worry about getting caught in fencing, but you must determine that hazard for yourself)

just let him run around your room thats what i do and crickets shouldn't be treats if hes younger than a year you should be giving him crickets every day with calcium powder when hes over a year he will eat more veg. and give him about 20 crickets every other day
