2002 Concorde battery/abs light on and interior lights flicker when car is running?
I have a 2002 concorde (v6 2.7) recently replaced the battery and alternator. I am still having the same issues. The battery light comes on seconds after starting the car. The interior lights and odometer flash/flicker and the abs light comes on. No local shop has been abel to find the issue. It hesitates when you start it, and seems to lose power when not accelerating, which is why I thought it was the alternator. I had it replaced yesterday at Midas and am still having the same issue(s). I started the car in the parking lot and it was doing the same thing I brought it there to have fixed. They told me, "we have no idea what the issue is, bring it to a dealer" and sent me on my way. They tried, but have no idea what the TRUE issue is. Any advice anyone may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I'am wondering if it's in the charging/starting system wiring or a connection is rusted or corroded especially the alternator output wire it's a thick cable running I believe to the black box you see under the hood by the battery.Otherwise I'am thinking that you may have a comp issue bec the main comp=PCM/ECM has a voltage regulator for the charging system built inside of it.There are also two smaller wires as I recall going to the alternator one of these wires feeds the alternator power via a fuse in that same box, the other wire is used by the PCM to turn on the alternators output.
What also comes to my mind is the body control module could be acting up bec it controls the gauges and display etc but since you mention that the car seems to loose power unless you press the gas paddle more that makes me think that either a sensor maybe bad or wiring going to a sensor or the PCM is acting up and going haywire.
You may want to invest into a full diagnostic test they will scan and monitor the systems while the car is off, while it's idling and while it's being driven and with the right knowledge and equipment the shop should be able to detect the cause of the problem , also there maybe a error code stored that they can pull with the scanner.
Other from having a 60-120 buck diagnostic test run on or a free scan via a part store or shop I would suggest that if you've a friend handy with cars and electrical systems they could try monitoring/testing the battery voltages with the engine etc off test the voltage at the battery posts, then start it up and check it again , then while it's idling and u rev it up to 1,500-2,000 rpms see if the voltages is changing a lot , while it idles or while to try turning different things on.Example a new battery charged fully will give 12.5 - 12.9 or slightly higher voltages , and with the car running and the alternator charging the voltage should be fairly stable and around 13.7 to 13-9 or more volts, if the voltage is way above 14 or hits around 15 volts and it jumps etc you know the voltage regulator inside the PCM is faulty.
You can even do that test yourself with a basic 8-20 buck 12 volt test probe if you clamp the test probe ground lead wire to the negative battery post and then use the probe's tip to touch the positive battery post you will notice how bright the probe is with the engine etc off and how bright it tends to go with the engine running and also if it's flickering and going really bright etc you'd know that the voltages aren't stable and since the alternator was already changed check the alternator wiring and the voltage regulator.
My best advice besides that is if the car doesn't have any factory security/alarm and ignition factory security/alarm codes or producers that must be used if the battery is disconnected for too long. You could try to check all the cables/wires going to and from the starter/alternator/battery/engine block ground and all the chassis/frame grounds they are probably rusted or corroded and require a over haul one by one with a wire brush and sandpaper etc.Again trace these wires and if possible fully disconnect them one at a time and check them closely one maybe shorting out to the frame or chassis etc or be bare or burnt , they even corrode and rot etc internally.
Once you know all those connections are clean and the cables/wires are all okay try testing the battery voltages again. If it was me I'd go to a you pull auto wreckers and try to find one of each of the comps the PCM is under the air filter housing assembly, the TCM is beside the battery, the BCM is by the passengers right foot inside the lower dash wall. Most of the wreckers offer deals if you pull the parts yourself for anywhere from 30-100 bucks a piece but you can also try to work out a deal with them and maybe get them all for 30 to 40 bucks a piece it all depends on supply and demand etc.Put it this way it's a good 350 bucks just for a reconditioned PCM online etc and well over 600 bucks or more at the dealerships so it you could get some good used comps for even 150-200 bucks you're still saving money but again do the things I've mentioned before investing into any comps.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way most part stores or shops offer a free battery test/ charging system/alternator test and starter test so if you can drive it to one of them have these tests performed while you watch for free on the spot.If you need anymore help etc feel free to contact me.

I don't believe t.v. is a waste material of energy, it's that I see no real use of it nowadays and there is nothing at all educational or useful on now. Children of today are exposed to 'entertainment' that is just plain ridiculous and has no morale meaning in it

Just read a publication watching exactly the same booklet that is converted to that movie. There are details in a written publication that people neglect watching a movie. We don't have the sense of color or smell our minds can create.
