On eBay if you print shipping label and pay for it does that then mean you still need to pay at post office?

    If you print a shipping label, with postage paid to receive the discount, it is 100% paid. There is no other charges when you tender the item to your Post Office.

    is it a PREPAID LABEL?

    stands to reason if it is not then it is only a address label and you need to pay....

    you should be reading the sellers shipping not asking here
