What should I do about this girl!?

Right long story sorry.

I met this girl in town a month ago and we swapped numbers and texted loads.

She was really drunk on facebook one night and told me she really didn't want a relationship, told me to avoid them and asked me what type of girl I liked and said she was gonna find me 1.

Few days later she calls me drunk midnight time saying shes with some girl and shes stroking her leg and she want me there, begs me to come, tells me she thinks I'm hot and all this. (I was miles away at the time).

Again we exchanged a few texts ect and she asked me if I was off to this party in town i said maybe but a few days later i said i was and i went.

only thing was i got there at 7 after i'd been drinking since 6 and i didnt meet her until half 11 and i was already really drunk and she'd been on stuff all day and i was all over her whoops. she told me she didnt want to take advantage of me and stuff so we didnt do anything which was fair enough.

Next day i apologised by text and stuff and it was all good, she invited me to the park but i had a family meal so i didnt go, i said id take her for coffee sometime (work in coffee shop) and she said she was lookin forward to it we sent a few more texts.

This was 11 days ago, i no the ball is in my court and i have to ask her out, or talk to her but i dont know how. i dont want to send a text as it seems random and im too scared, i was about to talk to her on facebook the other day but i got really scared and chickened out. i really dont know what to do. ive never liked a girl that likes girls before so i wanna give this a shot, im reallly attracted to her and im scared she wont like me in the soberness. i no im being insecure but im really stuck :(
