GIRLS I NEED ADVICE ASAP..?

If she has a boyfriend then you should probably respect that but if you feel there is a strong connection then I would start by becoming great friends together since you're so shy. Ask her to hangout when you go to the church. I do think that was a smart idea since you will get closer to her and if she enjoys the choir you playing guitar will attract her more to you. Good job there. I think once you are there she may even talk to you. You should try smiling at her when you see her looking at you and if she smiles back that's adorable and if she looks away quick don't think it's bad she just might be shy about liking you also if she has a crush. She could be attracted to you and maybe her looking at you means she wants to talk to you so you should try talking to her when you are at the church definitely. When you have a good talk to her laughing and all that you should ask her if she has a boyfriend. If that is too hard for you then just talk about two people in your school who are dating then just ask it will flow. If she has a boyfriend you need to befriend her and talk to her so when you do see you can freely go up to her and talk to her and not be so shy anymore. She seems like a nice girl and you shouldn't be scared or too shy to talk to her. Go for it.

Do something cute to get her attention, like give her a cheesy little gift from a quarter machine and tell her you think she's pretty/awesome/funny(whatever) Then the Next time you see her, ask her to get coffee with you.
