Creating a buffer solution?

A diprotic acid, H2A, has the following acid dissociation constants: K1= 1.1E-5 and K2= 2.5E-6. To make a buffer solution of pH 5.80, which combination would you choose: NAHA/H2A or NA2A/NaHA? Explain why.

I am pretty sure it's the second one but I'm not sure why.

The pKa of the second ionization is 5.60. Since you're trying to make a buffer just a little bit above that pH, you should use NA2A/NaHA.
