Yes.........if you have taken care of all of the legal restrictions. You do have to comply with the rules and regulations of your state, county and town. You must contact the health department before selling any food, for your profit, from your home.
eBay has a category under Home & Garden for cookies. You need to check their guidelines first;
Before listing food and healthcare items, be sure to familiarize yourself with federal and state laws and regulations
When you list these types of items, you’re certifying that all safety conditions have been met.

I don't know, but why would anyone buy them? Whether cookies or cakes they need to be well packed to survive postal delivery. Packaging materials cost money, Postage costs more than most people anticipate ~ these added to your selling price would make the goods very very expensive.

I dont know if you can or not, but i know you can definitley sell them on etsy.com.
its kind of like ebay, but you just dont sell used things there. im going to start selling cupcakes with their website. i reccomend etsy to use! MANY people sell cookies and baked goods, cake supplies, fondant, cupcakes, cupcake decor, etc. through there. i hope i helped :)

No; you cannot sell homemade food items on eBay.

I don't think you can. There are certain rules when it comes to food items. You need to look them up on ebay

I am pretty sure they have to follow FDA regulations when it comes to food.......You might want to check that first..............
