Difficult Music identification challenge?

I know this is late Romantic, but anyone any idea exactly what this music is (together with Op. numbers etc.) - I am trying to find out exactly who the Composer is (not the Pianist!)...

    A fish in a huge ocean. A fish in a huge ocean has extra predators to stand. yet it stands the possibility of residing an prolonged existence if it could ward off them. A fish out of the water had no possibility to proceed to exist if there is not any water and no person there to assist it out. A fish in a small pond has constrained factors and relies upon on outdoors forces to stay in. it quite is captive so it could stay alive if properly presented for. JK makes some very stable factors.
