What console do u think is better?

Oh my GOD!!! Why are we STILL having these questions! No system is better than the other. There is no point in comparing them. And I will give you a list detailing each system's strengths and weaknesses. I made it clear on other questions on this site about the same thing.

So, here you go, and read carefully:

(Nintendo Wii)

The Good:

- First system with unique motion controller gameplay

- Can play all Gamecube games (but you need a gamecube controller to play them, of course)

- Built-in SD memory card slot for putting in a SD memory card for viewing photos, videos, and downloading Nintendo game classics onto a memory card itself

- Can actually give you a workout if you play it long enough, especially on Wii Sports

- Can connect the Nintendo DS to the Wii for more gameplay options, like Pokemon Battle Revolution

-Have access to the N64 Classics in the Nintendo Store for games like Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

The Bad:

- The Wiimote (Wii's remote controller battery dies fast. You'll regret not having rechargeable batteries as well as a charger itself

- The Wii can't play any CD or DVDs of any kind (not yet anyway)

- Lacks HD picture and surround sound

- Like all of the other consoles, you'll need to buy an extra controller or two for multiplayer gameplay or cooperative games

- Internet isn't as good as the other systems

You'll need a Classic or Gamecube controller if you want to play any Classic game downloaded from the Store

(XBOX 360)

The Good:

- Xbox Live (access to online content, gameplay, interaction with players around the world, and much more

- Much more diverse variety of games than any other console so far

- Can play Xbox (I don't mean the 360, duh) games (you'll need to download software which can be found on XBOX Live to allow XBOX games to be played)

- Arcade (a unique function which allows you to play classics such as Banjo Kazooie to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for download from Xbox Live

- More online content than any other system

- Can create your own gamer profile and avatar as well as earn Achievements for completing certain tasks in games

- Can play CDs and DVDs

- Cheaper than the PS3, and better graphics than the Wii

- Can play music during gameplay (so you don't have to listen to the same old repetitive soundtracks in the game)

- Has Kinect

(The Bad)

- No Blu-ray compatibility

- Console is largest of all game systems

- No real good family-oriented games

- Price of game system still a little too much for a casual gamer, but even then the list of games are meant for hardcore gamers only

- Pretty loud unless you install the game you are playing on the system, but will take up A LOT of memory space in doing so

- Not a very cool or useful design, plus it's heavy unlike the PS3 and Wii

- You have to pay money monthly to play online at all

(Playstation 3)

The Good:

- Can play most media formats either on disc or downloaded from any other source (USB Flash Drives, Cds, DVDs, and yes, can play Blu-Ray without any trouble)

- Has HD picture for all games and movies

- The more recent PS3 Slim (which is now the official PS3) is much more quiet than any other system, uses 30% less power, and doesn't need a power adapter (only a simple cord, which comes with the system)

- Much more lighter than the 360 even for it's size

- Has more and better game "exclusives" than any other system

- Playstation Network; Online gameplay is completely free (no matter what game you play), unlike the 360

- Controller is more comfortable to use than the 360 or Wii controllers (some might disagree though)

- Can connect with the PSP for more gameplay options

- Has Playstation Move

(The Bad)

- Expensive, of course (but you can get the $400 PS3 320 GB Playstation Move Bundle, which is the best deal for a game system so far)

- Games cost more than other games on other systems due to Blu-ray being in the system

- Still large even after slimming down

- More defects in system and games than the 360 and Wii

- Can't play PS2 games (no backwards compatibility)

- No Linux

- Eye Camera can sometimes have a difficult time tracking movement

So, what do you think is best for you? How about everyone else here? Is this good enough for ya? You can't start a console war from this! And if you are worried about the Hack in the PS3 Network system... don't be. There's been an update to protect from that kind of attack ever again. Any system can be hacked. It's just the PS3 was te first victim... but thankfully saved from murder.

I think xbox 360 is better. (I may be biased because i own a xbox 360)

It has better games (halo, gears of war)

some people say the xbox has the red ring of death (doom) but now the xbox 360 doesnt have it because the upgraded the cool system. I, myself had experienced the red ring because inside the xbox it melted down or something because there is no cool system. I just payed the shopkeeper like 500 rmb (chinese currency) or 76.8194 USD for the shopkeeper to just get a whole new xbox 360 (the chinese xbox 360s are a little more expensive, about 300 USD)

Xbox Live is better than PSN (PlayStation Network) even though you have to pay for xbox live gold

there are more users in Xbox live than PSN still hahaha

Did you see what happened to PSN on April 20 2011. What a joke!!! PSN was down! it came back a few days ago. More than 2.2 million people's credit card got stolen!!! Anonymous hackers of PSN are selling them to credit card trading sites and back to PlayStation.

I still have much more arguments to talk about but after all, it your choice! After all the Xbox 360 is cheaper! 100 USD cheaper!

i own both the ps3 and xbox 360 and i think they are both great systems.there is no difference in the graphics,game play or price for a base system that has a hard drive they are both $300.00 each.i have bought a few games that are on both systems to check these things out and there are no differences in them,they are the same.this is all just one fanboy/fangirl saying there system is better than the other,other than that they are the same.hope this helps.have fun gaming.

Just trust me, PS3 is better

Once you buy PS3, you won't go back to Xbox 360

360 is better

1. Better controller

2. better graphics

3. faster load times

4. better and bigger community

5. cheaper

6. better online system. with ps3 you get what u pay for and its garbage

7. better exclusives

8. because it looks better

and a good PC is better than all of the consoles put together :P

i have a PS3 too and all its good for is a paperweight. Its like rotten milk. Crap from the start and only gets worse but i dont use it anymore. With a 360 you dont have to worry about the online system getting hacked and your personal details stolen.

had it last year and guess what it was brown-new then we was following the steps and finally it keep saying error error can't go in and bla..bla..it was for my little 12 year old brother.

know we can't bring it back caoz the shokeeper say's once you used it iam affread you can't i'll have to charge you!
