can any one solve this error in Dragon Naturally Speaking 11?
Every time I try to install it, the same error comes up. it says it has not installed completely. I have spent 2 hours with Dragon people Nuance, 2 hours with Hp, and an hour with a Nuance tech expert, we tried everything.
Any help from Yahoo answers?
First error message was "cannot locate multimedia " then I got the headset mic to work, so the erorr changed.
complete uninstall with revo, then tried reinstall into new user. Reinstall with Repair checked, then with modify checked. Disabled any antivirus software before trying to install again.
whenever I uninstall, it does give the message that Acresso is still running , and asks if I want to strop it from running and start it again or keep it running and do a reboot. i did both. I have tried every combination of choices possible.
