Signature line on SMS messages on Yahoo messenger?

I send SMS messages all the time to other people's cell phones from my computer using Yahoo messenger. For some reason starting today, I've got a sort of signature line that says "Send HELP IM to %d for info." Where did that come from and how do I get rid of it?

This has been going on for 8 years. Yahoo SMS IM and Yahoo in general, has become a site that is no longer relevant.

I have no answer but my husband just informed me that my messenger is sending the same thing. It would really be great if someone could tell us all what this is.

I use avast! antivirus. After updating the program (not just the definitions, but the program), my SMS messages no longer end with, Send Help.

Make sure you end all your text messages with a long dash until the end of the msg. The receiver won't get that weird msg if you fill the rest of your text message with dashes.

For example send the following, "WHERE ARE YOU NOW?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"
