Playstation is having a lot of issues with their networks right now. They are giving access back region by region.... so it is a posibility that you all haven't gained access yet.
Secondly, everyone that owns a Playstation product for online use will need to reset their password. So, if you have downloaded things before on the PS3 you will be able to reset the password through the game system, if not, then it will send an email with directions to the email address you used to create a screen name with.

It's up already. Last night they brought it down because of email queue or something like that. But it came back up later on in the night. it should be up.

Its back on worldwide but u cant buy stuff on the store but the rest is back.
