Questioning depression...?
More and more people are taking medication for depression. Why is this? Were suicides so much more common in the past when meds weren't available? Was the quality of life worse in the past for lack of meds? I'm beginning to think the growing epidemic of "depression" is really just laziness, and/or a bi-product of the growing philosophy of relativism.

I have depression but I am not on pills. I have talked to my dr about other ways of controling it without resorting to meds. Of coarse I believe that I am a strong person who can over come those feelings. To me Most people want the easy way out and they take the meds. I personally dont want any type of medication clouding my mind, I want to experiance these feelings and over come them. I use to be suicidal but I over came that. I use to cut myself and I also over came that. It all depends on the person, I guess.

Depression is caused by a kind of spiritual energy, which is called "impure energy", which blogs the flow of spritual energy. To cure the depression you need to get rid of the impure energy through deep breathing and meditation methods. I found good effective methods at www.meditation.net. Try and see for yourself.
