Can anyone give me an answer, Help?
First let me explain to you about my dog. She loves to chew and swallow things around the house that she's not supposed to. I try to prevent it by putting a muzzle on her at night. But during the day if I am busy with something she goes right after the trash. Right now she is not eating, she drinks water but vomits it up, she tries to go # 2 ever time I take her out but she can't. I think her stomach is upset and is constipated but I'm not sure. Could you give me any possible answers as to what may be going on with her?
She is also not as active as she has been. This just started last night. Any answers or suggestions on what to do?

If your dog has eaten the wrong things, it may get stuck in her stomach. As a worker at a vet's office, I saw dogs with these signs either had something lodged in their digestive tract or parvo. It was really amazing some of the things puppies were able to swallow when their owners weren't looking. You'll need to go to the vet and tell them about this habit. Your dog will have to have an x-ray to ensure something isn't lodged in her digestive tract and a surgery if there is something there that will not pass.
To prevent the chewing/swallowing of foreign objects: get a spray bottle and put half water and half vinegar and spray on whatever items your dog likes to chew on from garbage to plants. After a few times of the taste, she will learn the smell and avoid it at all costs.

She swallows and chew things around the house because she is bored. Put a lid on your trash can or put it out of her reach. You should not need to muzzle your dog, if she has long walks she will be less inclined to chew and go for the trash.
For now don't feed her, take her for a long walk and hope that she evacuates her bowels. If not phone the vet for advise.

She probably ate something that is blocking her bowels. This can be very dangerous. You are going to have to take her to the vet. They will probably have to do x-rays to see what she ate. All puppies chew and eat things they aren't supposed to. This is why you should crate her at night and put her in a safe area during the day. Move the trash can where she can't reach it and block off the kitchen. Puppies are like 2 yr old children. They must be supervised.

puppies love to chew. It sounds as though they got into something that has held up their digestive tract and caused constipation. If she has not passed anything within the next few hours I would contact the vet because there are illinesses such as Parvo that can cause these symptoms at the beginning as well. Keep an eye on her over the next couple of hours and see how she is doing if things have not changed place a call to your vet, he or she may want to have them brought in for a visit to have x-rays completed to see if there is anything there blocking her up. Hope she comes around soon. best of luck.

This happened to my dog when she ate potpurri until it finally moved through.
If you can't supervise your dog you definitely need to puppy proof better. I learned my lesson quick.
And if she's not better soon and nothing passes then you need to go to the vet, she could have an intestinal blockage.
