what can put on sao biscuits (crackers)?

i have some people coming at the weekend & would like some ideas to put on sao biscuits instead of cheese & tomato

saos r an Australian cracker biscuit square in shape & they r plain u can eat them dry or with butter or with cheese on top

can any Aussies help me out
