At what "time exactly" Jesus become God on earth..?

Jesus, the Word of God, was with God in the beginning, and was God - from before the beginning of time. From eternity. John chapter 1, first three verses, shows Jesus to be our Creator. His hands flung stars into space - metaphorically speaking. But when the Word added human nature to his divine nature and became the man, Jesus, his physical hands were nailed to a cross. That's what ignorant people do when they don't appreciate just who Jesus really is.

There was no time gap between the Word in heaven becoming the embryo in Mary's womb, thus Jesus was always God incarnate.

Jesus/God came to live on earth as a human for 33 years, with all its limitations.

Nobody was watching the sundial that night. And their cell phone battery went dead. And what possible importance would that be during child birth. I delivered both of mine and your kinda busy at the moment. Damn moonlighting Shepard's make terrible nurses anyway. That's why they're Sheppards I guess.

3 (because I'm not sure of your tenses) - The bible isn't specific as to what time Jesus was born.
