I have no idea what "too expensive" means to you, and we don't know how many shirts are being made.

For just one or two shirts, you could get iron on appliques at most craft and sewing shops. If applied correctly, they can last a long time without fading and peeling.

If you need several dozen or so shirts, your best bet may be to have a printing shop silk screen them. The initial set up may be relatively expensive, but after that, the "per shirt" cost is pretty low. A good silk screen may outlast the shirt itself.

    Good luck.

for the letters you can use.. uhmm "So Fetch" or something cool like "I'M A VIP" so it makes sense. As for the materials.. i think you can try using, you know that kind of "plastic" material people always use for printing on to t-shirts? i have no idea what they call it and i seriously don't think it costs a lot. if you print in a big amount then it will be quite cheap or vice versa. so far printing is the cheapest i think or you can try using pop ups.
