Accutane crohn's disease? only took one dose?
Ok so this might be graphic but I'm just going to tell it.
Yesterday at 430 I ate 20 chicken mcnuggets
445 took accutane.
745 started to bloat and had small sharp stomach pains
8 started to expell gas and I was fine
Today 7 wake up because of stomach pains
845 call dermatologist said o was fine
9 took tums and slept from 9 to 1
2 ate two gronola bars
2:30 had not normal color stool
Could I have a serious long lasting side effect. I only took one accutane dose. Please help. Any other like situations. I might just be psyching myself out.

Accutane would NOT cause Crohn's Disease after just one dose.
