Recipes with squash and zukini?

Trying to be healthy and I like spaghetti with squash a.d zukini but I want a recipe that incorporates mostly meat and vegetables any suggestions?

    Zucchini Slice

    5 Eggs

    3/4 cup SR Flour

    3 Large zucchini (grated)

    1 Onion (grated)

    1 Cup Grated Cheese

    200-300 grams diced bacon

    200 grams cream cheese

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Method:

    1. Lightly beat eggs

    2. Add flour

    3. Add remaining ingredients and combine well

    4. Pour into a 30cm shallow baking dish and cook in a 170°C oven for 30 minutes or until set

    Serve with salad and crusty bread for dinner and use the leftovers for school lunches.

    Healthy meals do not have to and usually don't include meat.

    Squash and zucchini are good veggies, have you ever had spaghetti squash? It is oblong, you pierce with it a fork, bake it, and use a fork to pull out the interior (it will look like stringy squash). Add margarine and/or salt and serve with other veggies such as steamed broccoli or your zucchini, string beans, etc.

    Lasagna will combine your squash and zucchini slices, surrounded by shredded cheese and chopped onions, tomato/spaghetti sauce.

    My dishes are vegetarian, so instead of meat I use tofu or TVP. Such dishes are stir fry vegetables: asparagus, sugar or snap peas, sliced carrots, chopped broccoli, onions, peppers. Serve with rice or diced potatoes.

    Cabbage and sausage (mine is soy) served over/with rice or diced potatoes.

    I just made this last night for dinner.

    I browned two skinless boneless chicken breast in a skillet and seasoned with salt and pepper. Added some brown rice, water, chicken bouillion for flavor. When it was almost ready, added some sliced zucchini, and green beans (thats what I had).

    It was easy and delicious.

    Take a normal fying pan, place in 2tbl spoons of olive oil and 1.5lbs of boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces. Salt peper and garlic to taste, cook on high heat to near completion, remove chicken and add in diced squash and zuccini salt peper and garlic. Cook on high heat for 4min add in tomato sauce(season with salt garlic basil oregano parsley) add chicken back in and cook for about 10 min on high heat. Place over brown rice and serve with a nice merlot.
