Nike soccer came out with some amazing apps to help you
You actually train with FC Barcelona and do their drills
It is all about ball control and best of all....it is FREE on the app store
It is called Nike Football+ presents : Master Control
They have other apps like Master Accuracy
Good luck...maybe one day we will see you in the MLS

I am a soccer player as well so I understand where you're coming from. What you should practice doing is dribbling in and out of cones or really any object and you can do tick tocks ( where you put the ball inbetween you feet while standing still kick the ball back and forth between yor feet )- sounds complicated but really helps! Hope you make you middle school team; good luck!!

Set up 4 cones in a square 6 meters by 6 meters.
Juggle the ball 3-5 times then kick it high.
Then control it as it comes backdown.
do this 20-30 times a day!
It will help

what position are you playing? Perhaps you have fast reflexes. that is an ideal characteristic of goalkeepers and defenders.
and juggling is not the only thing to make your first touches improve. walk around the field with ball. then change speeds. use the inside of your shoes, then the outside, then the sole. just mix those to your own liking, son.
