Daceasy Accounting software Error.. please help?

I am continuously getting error message like Btrieve Error 46 Operation to a read-only file denied and sometimes Error like some key file missing. I tried reinstalling in other drives but no use. As in daceasy help i tried command prompt and in data directory typed command "attrib -r -s -h" But still the problem persists. I also tried opening in safe mode, unchecking the readonly. Any solutions as soon as possible will be very helpful.. thanks in advance
