Food portioning question?

If two people had the same caloric intake each day, but one spaced it out across the day and the other ate it at once, would one see more weight loss than the other?

Yes. It is proved that eating small amounts all through the day is much better than eating all at once. Although, there is evidence to prove that you should have MORE calories at breakfast, a snack, a medium sized lunch, a snack, a small dinner, and then a small snack if you need one after dinner.

So, graze throughout the day is the best choice, but make sure you are having a good, healthy breakfast to kick the day off right.
