Can I get pregnant from this? Help?

I got the birth control rod in my arm about two weeks ago. He said not to have unprotected sex for a week so I didn't, two days before it was gonna be a week and my bf and I were having sex and the condom came off inside me. I was wondering what the chances were that I could get pregnant? I took an emergency preconceive but I didn't take the second on time, I was suppose to take it at 8AM and I took it about 6PM because I had to go to school and I forgot to bring it there so I am not sure if it worked or not. Its now two weeks later and I have been feeling moody, my breasts are sore but that can all be a symptom from my rod? Anyways, much appreciated! Thanks for the help
