Weird period, constant dull ache in lower abdomen, negative pregnancy test..?
Okay so i had a period on March 21st and was due for my next one on April 18th but it didnt come. I spotted very lightly (only seen when i wiped...t.m.i sry) for about a week and then my period came on the 26th and it was a day shorter than usual, but i was still convinced i wasnt pregnant. But now i am constipated (ive never been constipated in my life not even as a child) and i am having a constant dull ache in my lower abdomen (from pelvic bone to pelvic bone) and get a sharp pain every once in a while that lasts like 2-3 seconds. I went to the doctor to figure out what was going on and they did a pregnancy test that came back negative. I am so confused!! i am constantly on the internet trying to diagnose myself!! please put my mind to ease... Can i be pregnant with a false negative?? are these symptoms of pregnancy?? HELP PLEASE!!!

maybe endometriosis? When I had endometriosis i had light bleeding after ling walks and pain that felt like my uterus and lower back were fused together and in serious pain. And that's where they found the endometriosis-between my back and uterus.
