Is it possible to raise a Husky dog in Brazil?

I know this dog is perfect for Alaska or Canada weather, but could it live in Brazil? Do I have to cut it's fur if I want to have a Husky dog in Sao Paulo?

Update:

Which breed is fitting the Brazilian weather?

Canada is HOT in the summer gosh it was +30 Celsius yesterday, so if Husky's can survive here then it could survive in Brazil. Its only cold in Canada in the summer in the FAR North.

It is possible but make sure it has plenty of H2O all the time. Cutting his hair may be helpful. And it needs exercise, but not too much, as it will sweat like mad.

You would have to keep it hydrated constantly with water eveywhere you go but other than that I'd say yeah, you would
