How to know he is a HIV/AIDS person?
i have a gay friend that just have a sex with another gay yesterday. after the sex activities, my friend scared that the person he have sex with got aids or not. he didnt know the gay well. he just met him in the facebook and hook up. they didnt even wear condom. is there any symptoms or signs that can tell he is a HIV person? my friend so scare right now. sympathy him.

I think your friend is stupid! With all the warnings, advise and precautions that are available he still manages to have unprotected intercourse with a stranger.
For the moment just assume he has HIV until the test proves otherwise. Consider your friend a lucky bast*rd if he has no aids.

Well there are really no signs. He may want to go test and see is he has AIDS. It seems to be a random stranger from what I understand. So on that not, he needs to go for an AIDS test as soon as possible.
