I have two bulging discs and bone spurs in my lower back?

I have been dealing with back pain since i was 18 for about 3 years i have been in pain everyday. I think i have given up on conservative treatment as i have done it all.

Have you had any injections done? Has it worked for you? or am i doomed to surgery to reduce the size of the bone spurs?

No do not go to a chiropractor and get adjusted when you have 2 bulging discs.

I have had major back issues since I broke my back in 99. I have had fusion done, I have nerve damage and a new bluging disc.

Instead of another surgery I get steroid injections every 3 months alternating with neuroabrasion

(burning nerves with a laser) The discs that are bulging can reduce themselves, the bone spurs are another issue. Not much can be done about them.

A little advice... before you let them do surgery, try the steroid injections for awhile. One of my discs bulge reversed itself. I

I have chronic pain from nerve damage done prior to and during surgery, so don't rush into surgery.

Go see a again professional. I have no idea if you want surgical procedure or now not, I did not with my herniated disks, however I did not have bone spurs both. My again professional labored out of University of Michigan, he gave me many choices. If you had the coincidence 18 yrs in the past, I suppose you would have adequate time to get an additional opinion, or no less than ask this health care provider extra questions. Don't depend on a internet site for solutions as there are lots of choices. I selected to not have surgical procedure, however it wasn't endorsed for me on the grounds that I selected to take a look at to manage my herniation with activity, which was once running for me, it would possibly not be just right for you. Anyway, google information, or examine out your neighborhood institution health facility. They are educating hospitals they usually could have the trendy information. Good good fortune!

I'd try a Chiropractor, or another Manual Therapist, just having your skeleton put back the right position, is usually most effective with wear'n'tear, and damage like this.

Things like surgery usually carry a lot of risks, so I'd only advice it as a last resort.
