Which is the best messenger service? (AIM, Skype, Yahoo, MSN, etc...)?

Skype is Light:

First of all, Skype is not heavy, while other IM´s are rather heavy skype is light and wont bog down your computer by running other programs in the background.

Skype is Multi-Functional:

You can, IM,Call,Video,Conference with one or more, AND, you can even SHARE YOUR SCREEN! when doing a video call! that is so useful! Also it connects with your FACEBOOK account.

Skype is also a Phone:

For 3.99 Monthly you can get a phone number and people that do not use skype can call you directly. I use it for business and it works great!

Skype is very user friendly:

Many IM services besides being difficult, are designed to distract you and get you to buy adverts and/or click on banners and promotions. But Skype is simple, no distractions just pure communication!

the best messenger service in the world would be useless if only one person used it ;)

Just use imo :) It's all the IM messenger services in one :) Love it.
