If you cannot spare the cash, go with GFortran ( http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortran ) it is free and works remarkably well, but it is not 'visual'. If you need an interface, you would have a better time turning the Fortran code into a dll and mesh it with an interface written in a more suitable language better suited to GUI.
