It will work....You will just have to keep an eye on it since it will need to bake longer than muffins........

I make this for my mother whenever I go to visit

1 pkg. Betty Crocker wild blueberry muffin mix

    1/2 c. dairy sour cream

    1 egg

    1/4 c. milk

    Streusel (below)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inch. Drain blueberries; rinse. Mix sour cream, milk, and egg. Stir in muffin mix just until moistened. Spread 1/2 batter in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the Streusel. Spread remaining batter over streusel, then sprinkle with blueberries, then remaining streusel. Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. 9 servings.

    STREUSEL:

    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

    1/3 c. flour

    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c. firm butter, cut into chunks

Absolutely! You will probably just have to cook it a bit longer, that's all. I do it all the time and cover mine with a glaze made from 4 cups of powdered sugar, lemon zest, juice from two lemons, tablespoon of canola oil and three tablespoons of water. I poke little holes all over the cake with a fork and pour it over until it's soaked then serve an hour later. Oh man, so yummy!

i respect brownies! For some reason though I continuously pictured having tea with the muffin guy and the female interior the shoe. i do not recognize...It should be a formative years imaginitive and prescient that stuck with me.
