Method 2: Trick your body.. into slowing down its metabolism by skipping meals... and by fasting

what i mean.. is skip breakfast... youll end up eating more later in the day.. and your metabolism may slow down

or Fast.. eat very little for a day or 2..(puts your body into starvation mode.. which slows your metabolism) then pig out afterwards for the next week.. which will cause you to gain weight.

Method 3: Learn how to build muscle... body mass.

Method 4( relates to method 3): join a sport.. that will require you to put on weight.. or that requires a lot of speed.. and power

    Sprints.. in track and field

It goes to be very rough to persuade any experts to take Bodel clear of the house owners. A written announcement from a veterinarian who has evidence of inspecting the puppy could also be the one method. If Bodel maintains consuming the best way she is, she is not going to reside very lengthy in any respect. If a veterinarian states that the puppy is being abused or the house owners are acting cruelty to the animal, then the experts will step in. It's a question of having Bodel to a vet. Even at that, if you are no longer the landlord, there is nonetheless not anything a lot that may be performed. I'm sorry you are having to witness that.
