Best Non-Smudge Eye pencil available in India?

My skin is very very oily and all the kohl pencils / Kajals I use tend to smudge up within a couple of hours in the Indian Summer . Could anyone please suggest me an eye pencil that does not smudge for long ? Basic black and Blue are my colours.

It should be available in India ....

    I use AVON glimmersticks eyeliner. and lakme nine to five... they are really good and don't smudge. I am in India too... :)

    MAC pencil eyeliner in smolder, by far the best eyeliner i have used.

    Im guessing theres a MAC stores in India ?
